Order Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel your order and request a refund as long as it has not been shipped. If your order is already on its way, please allow it to arrive before starting the return procedure.

Returns & Exchanges

We welcome returns and exchanges for items that are in unused condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

For purchases made between November 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027, the return timeframe is extended to 60 days.

  2. After receiving authorization, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Utilize the return label included in your order. Returns are at no cost to you.
  4. We will process returns within 5 business days after we receive your returned items.

Return Requirements

Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Please do not return your order directly to the manufacturer.

Return Fees

All returns incur no charges. There are no restocking fees applicable.

Refund Process

Refunds that are approved will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned items.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  • Verify your bank account.
  • Reach out to your credit card company, as processing times can differ.
  • If the issue continues, contact your bank for further assistance.

Items on Sale

Both regular and sale items are eligible for refunds and returns, as long as they fulfill the conditions stated above.

Item Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To start an exchange, please contact us at Support@Sonfan.shop. Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
